Clifton A. Boswell is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky. He is a graduate of Daviess County High School, and obtained his juris doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

After law school, he returned to his hometown to begin his law practice and raise a family. He is married to the former Jana Combs of Crittenden, Kentucky and has two sons and one daughter.

He is a member of Heritage Baptist Church, serves as a youth mentor for Mentor Kids Kentucky, and is active in coaching t–ball and soccer. He is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association, formerly known as the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys.

His practice is focused on personal injury matters including the following:

• automobile accidents
• motorcycle accidents
• slips and falls
• defective products
• electrical injuries
• dog bites
• workplace injuries
• numerous other types of injury cases

His practice also includes litigation arising from wrongful denials of the following:

He is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court for both the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
